财务风险的分析与防范—以衡水老白干酒业股份有限公司为例

　　在市场经济日趋完善的今天, 企业时刻都面临着来自市场的各种风险。财务管理系统作为企业风险预警器,愈来愈显示出其重要性。企业财务风险管理的目标在于了解风险的来源和特征,正确预测、衡量财务风险,进行适当的控制和防范。本文阐述了中小企业财务风险的特征、成因等方面，并以衡水老白干股份有限公司的财务报表进行分析，通过比率分析，找出其潜在的风险，提出了解决措施，旨在为中小企业应对财务风险提供理论和现实指导意义。最后总结全文，对以上分析进行综合论述。

Abstract
    In the day of the market, economy enterprise always faces the financial risk from market. Financial management system as the enterprise risk early warning, it become more and more importance. The financial risks of enterprise management aims to understand the risks of the source and characteristics, the correct forecast, measure, appropriate financial risk control and prevention. This paper expounds the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise financial risk, etc, and to analysis financial statement of HengShuiLaoBaiGan, through the analysis to find its potential rate of risk, and puts forward some measures for small and medium-sized enterprises, and to provide theoretical and realistic financial risk significance. Finally to summarize the above analysis and comprehensive discussion.
