风险投资存在的问题及应对策略

摘 要
风险投资是指由职业金融家投入到新兴的、迅速发展的、蕴藏着巨大竞争潜力的企业中的一种权益性投资。风险投资作为一种重要的投资方式,在解决中小企业融资困境、扶持中小企业快速发展、促进科技成果转化等方面起到了功不可没的作用。风险投资在发达国家已经有六十多年的发展历史，如今
我国在风险投资行业取得了巨大成就，但是也存在一些问题主要包括投资主体单一、运作机制不规范、政策法规不完善、中介机构不成熟等。试对这些问题进行初步讨论，并提出相应的解决对策。结合我国的具体情况,针对风险投资决策机制中存在的问题,分别从加强风险投资的市场管理，完善风险投资退出路径 、加强风险投资的正面教育等等。建设性地提出适合我国风险投资的项目评价指标体系、适合我国风险企业的分别针对投资家和企业家的激励约束机制、适合我国风险投资的监控管理机制和风险预警系统等新理论。

Abstract
Venture capital is to point to by professional financiers into a new, developing rapidly, containing the enormous potential of the enterprise competition in a kind of equity investment. High technology industrialization fund is to solve the problem in an effective way. Risk investment as a kind of important investment way, small and medium-sized enterprises in solving financing problems, small and medium-sized enterprise development, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, etc have played the role of the accomplishments of. Risk investment in the developed countries has more than 60 years of development history, now, our country in the risk investment industry have made great achievements, but there are also some problems including the subject in a single, capital investment shortage in quantity, lack of professional talents and operation mechanism is not standard, policies and regulations are not perfect, intermediary agencies not mature, etc. This paper tries to the preliminary discussions of these problems, and put forward corresponding solutions. Under the condition of our country, in view of risk investment decision-making mechanism, the problems in strengthening investment risk respectively from the market management, expand the risk fund sources, strengthen risk investment of positive education and so on. But forward constructive suitable for our risk investment project evaluation index system, suitable for China's risk of the enterprise for investors and entrepreneurs respectively the incentive-restricted mechanism, suitable for China's investment risk monitoring management mechanism and risk early warning system for the new theory.
