一个小学后进生的叙事研究


摘    要


本文采取叙事研究的方法,通过一个小学后进生的学习经历、同伴关系以及家庭情况的自叙,探讨了影响该生学习情况而导致其后进的因素,研究表明:后进生转化要求落实有待加强;融洽的亲子、同伴和师生关系给予个体积极的支持。根据研究结果进行讨论与分析,并提出了转化小学后进生的几种对策。
