摘    要
随着经济的持续发展和社会消费结构的调整,房地产是一个地域性很强的资金密集型行业,并且可以带动建筑业、家具业、家电业等等很多产业的快速发展,是国民经济的重要产业之一。由于房地产业具有投资规模大、运行风险高、建设周期久的特点,国内调控房地产政策的陆续出台,国际金融政策的收紧,这一系列的问题都会导致该产业的投资建设过程中会面临一定的财务风险。因此,为了增强房地产企业的市场竞争力,有效的防范财务风险。所以综合运用企业财务风险,财务管理理论等多种理论,对房地产企业财务风险进行了分析。

The Financial risk Identification and Prevention of the Real Estate Enterprise
Abstract
    With sustained economic development and the social consumption structure adjustment, the real estate is a very strong regional capital intensive industry, and can be driven by the construction industry, furniture industry, household electrical appliance industry and so on many industry's rapid development, China is one of important industry of national economy. Because the real estate industry is a huge investment, high risk, long construction cycle operation characteristics, the regulation of the real estate policy, international finance policy tightened, this a series of problems will lead to the industry to invest in construction process will face certain financial risk. Therefore, in order to enhance the market competitiveness of real estate enterprises, effective prevention of financial risk. Therefore, the comprehensive use of enterprise financial risk, the financial management theory and other theories, the real estate business of financial risk are analyzed.
