房地产企业全面预算管理问题研究

摘    要
多年以来，房地产企业高速发展的背后所遗留的内部运营方面的问题，制约着该类企业去追求更高的目标。房地产企业应用全面预算管理来进行精细化管理的并不多，而且其运用效果并不理想。因此通过对房地产企业组织结构、预算管理模式等方面的问题的指出和建议的提出，结合房地产企业的经营活动特点，创建适合于房地产企业实施全面预算管理的体系。最后，通过一个房地产企业案例进行具体的研究，希望对于想要实施全面预算管理的房地产企业具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
In recent years, as China's rapid economic growth and support of relevant state policies, the real estate industry has emerged a new round of growth; its share of investment in fixed assets into the weight had increased. Over the years, left behind the rapid development of aspects of internal operations, its also restricts the type of business to pursue higher goals. Therefore, Those senior managers, Also thinking about how to proceed from their own management, destination management to be effective ;China's real estate enterprise applications for the overall budget is not much fine management, and its use results are unsatisfactory. The differences were the main reason is that the real estate business for lack of a comprehensive understanding of budget management and corporate culture within the budget problems caused the accident.
