谈学前儿童的膳食

摘  要
随着人民生活水平的提高，我国学前儿童的饮食结构发生了质的变化，但是现阶段学前儿童的膳食营养状况存在不少问题，营养不良和营养过剩都存在。针对这一现状，根据学前儿童的生理特点，运用营养学知识提出了一系列解决策略。

Abstract
Along with the lives of the people level enhancement, in front of my national studies child's diet structure has had the archery target change, but in front of present stage study child's meals nutrition condition existence many questions, the malnutrition and the nutrition surplus all exist In view of this present situation, before study child's physiological characteristic, proposed a series of solution strategy using the knowledge of nutriology .

孩子在母乳时期，营养主要来自母体，但随着孩子身体和智力的不断成熟，膳食问题逐渐摆在了家长和孩子面前，由于社会经济的发展状况，以及家长的文化水平的影响，学前儿童膳食普遍存在着一系列问题，其中营养不良和营养过剩等问题让家长们伤透了脑筋。本文就将针对学前儿童的膳食问题做初步的探讨，并总结问题的解决策略。
