在媒治，官治，法治三者关系中看新闻媒体在社会事务治理中的作用——以《新闻1+1》为例

摘要：本文以中央电视台一档新闻节目《新闻1+1》为例，具体分析若干期节目，在纵向和横向的对比之后，分析媒治，官治，法治三者在治理社会事务中的关系，并从而建立相关模型以助于分析新闻媒体作用的着力点，并且以此展望媒治这一概念在中国发展道路的未来。
   本文基于对于一档具体新闻节目的分析和探讨，同时又通过节目本身的样态分析来阐述笔者所理解的媒治这一概念在社会事务治理中起到的作用。希望能对媒治这一概念在中国的孕育，出现以及发展做出一个具体的梳理。

ON THE EFFECT OF THE NEWS MEDIA ON MANAGING SOCIAL AFFAIRS AMONG RELATIONSHIP OF MEDIA SUPERVISION, GOVERNMENT MANAGEMENT AND LEGAL INSTITUTION

    Abstract: Taking the CCTV news program "News 1+1" for example, specifically analyze a number of editions of the program in the vertical and horizontal contrast, analyze the relationship between media supervision, government management and legal institution when dealing with the social affairs, and to build a mathematical model to help to analyze the role of news media.
   The article based on the analysis and discussion of news programs, but at the same time elaborates a sort of comprehension of media supervision. I hope to make a simple and clear carding of media supervision when it prepared, appeared and improved in China.
