危机传播中的沟通管理研究


摘 要

随着我国经济社会的发展,社会在进步的同时也在变得越来越复杂。一方面,人们在享受着社会的美好劳动成果,另一方面,人们也会随时遇到危机的挑战。危机无处不在,一旦没有处理好,危机就会带来严重的负面影响。要想成功化解危机,必须做好沟通管理,沟通是危机处理的最好工具。本文主要采取文献研究和案例研究的分析方法来探讨危机传播管理问题,并在对其现状进行研究的基础上,对危机、危机传播、沟通管理等进行了概述。同时,选取了一典型案例来分析在危机传播中政府、媒介与公众的责任,如何进行沟通管理。本文的创新点在于提出新媒体时代下的危机传播沟通管理应该面向公众,思维转换。更好地利用新媒体的优势化解危机,从而实现危机传播的有效管理。

Crisis communication in the communication and management research

Abstract

As China's economic and social development, social progress in at the same time become more and more complex. On the one hand, people are enjoying the social good work achievement, on the other hand, people will always meet the challenges of the crisis. Crisis everywhere, when there is no deal, crisis would bring serious negative impact. Therefore, to succeed resolve the crisis, must do well communication management, communication is the best tool to deal with the crisis. This paper mainly take the literature research and case studies of analysis method to discuss the crisis spread management problems, and the present situation of the basis of the study, the crisis, the crisis spread, communication management are summarized. At the same time, the selection of a typical case analysis in the spread of the crisis to the government, the media and the public's responsibility, how to communicate management. This paper the innovation points to put forward new media times of crisis management should be facing the public dissemination communication, thinking conversion.
