邮政储蓄银行发展的国际经验及借鉴

    摘 要 邮政储蓄是邮政企业经营的主要基础业务之一。目前，全球有70 多个国家和地区开办邮政金融业务，各国的邮政金融在管理体制、经营模式和发展方向上具有不同的特点。本文主要论述我国邮政储蓄业务发展的现状，存在的主要问题，同时在借鉴国外邮政金融发展模式的成功经验的基础上，提出构建我国邮政储蓄银行发展模式的对策建议。

The development of postal savings bank and draw on international experience

Abstract  Postal savings is the main basis of postal business enterprise management.At present, there are more than 70 countries and area open postal financial services.Every countries postal financial management model has different characteristics in the management system, operating mode and the development direction.This paper discusses the development of China's postal savings business situation,the existing main problems,At the same time,based on foreign postal financial development mode of successful experience,proposed constructing China's postal savings bank development mode of countermeasures.
