旅游业导游队伍的发展现状问题及解决办法探究
摘要:导游的工作强度与一般人“朝九晚五”的工作时间不同,导游的工作时间相当弹性化,有时可能休息好长一段时间,但在旅游旺季时也会一连带上几个团不休息。在带团期间,工作时间的不固定性决定了工作强度的不确定。导游的工资在全国一般标准大约为200-800左右/月,大多为300-600之间.当然,也有旅行社不给导游基本工资。随着生活水平的提高,出游的人越来越多,但是旅游者各方面的素质有待提高。面对这样的情况,我们在积极发展旅游业的情况下,我们是不是该思考一下,导游行业的未来在哪里?

Tour guide's wages in the national general standard probably is 200-800 about/months, mostly is between 300-600. Certainly, also has the travel agency not to give the tour guide the base pay. Along with living standard's enhancement, the travel person are getting more and more, but the tourist various aspects' quality waits for enhancing. Facing such situation, we are developing in positively the tourism situation, are we should ponder, will conduct a tour the profession in the future in where?
