基于社会责任的民营企业安全生产博弈分析

改革开放后，我国经济得到了快速发展，作为社会组织之一的民营企业也迅速壮大，但安全生产问题已成为制约经济发展的重要因素。民营企业作为市场经济的重要部分，民营企业是否承担安全生产的社会责任对我国构建和谐社会产生直接影响。随着我国经济的发展，我国人民的生活水平提高以及我国融入国际市场程度的加深，我国迫切需要改变粗放式的发展，但是矿难事件、生产安全问题时有发生，“血汗工厂”仍然存在，我国民营企业的生产安全状况十分严峻。可见，民营企业的安全生产意识的提高、社会责任理念的增强对我国经济的可持续发展及社会主义和谐社会建设有着重要意义。本文利用博弈论的知识，分析民营企业与其利益相关者的利益关系，提出了完善相关法律法规、强化政府监督机制和强化舆论媒体监管等策略，同时提出了培育安全文化、建立健全的安全管理制度和提高员工安全意识等建议。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening, our country economies have developed rapidly. As one of the social organization, the private enterprises are also growing rapidly, however, the production safety has already become the important factors restricting economic development .Private enterprises as an important part of market economy, whether the private enterprises bear the social responsibility of safe production have a direct influence on country to construct a harmonious society. With the development of our national economy, the improvement of people's living standard and the deepening of China integrate into international market. China urgently needs to change the extensive mode of development, but the mine disaster and production safety problem have occurred from time to time, "Sweatshop" still exist, the production safety situation of China's private enterprise is very grim. Visibly, the increasing production safety awareness of the private enterprise, the enhancement of social responsibility theory has important significance on the sustainable development of our economy and the construction of socialistic harmonious society. In this paper, using the knowledge of game theory, analyses interests of the relations between private enterprise and its stakeholders, putting forward the strategies about perfecting the relevant laws and regulations ,strengthening the government supervision mechanism, strengthening the public media supervision and so on, and, putting forward the suggestions about fostering safety culture, establishing and perfecting the management system, improving employee safety consciousness and so on.
