我国民营中小企业的发展战略研究

摘要

我国民营中小企业的发展在国民经济中具有重要地位，它在保证中国经济适度增长、缓解就业压力、方便群众生活、推动技术创新、促进国民经济发展和保持社会稳定等方面发挥着重要作用。文章简要介绍了民营中小企业的概念、生存特点和存在价值，重点论述了企业发展过程中遇到的困难，借鉴国外中小企业的发展战略，我国民营中小企业应妥善解决融资问题、提高员工素质、进行自主创新、科学经营、努力获取政府支持，以实现可持续发展。

Abstract
The development of Private small and medium enterprises in our country has an important position in our national economy.  It plays an important role in ensuring Chinese economy growing moderately, to ease the employment pressure, making people＇s life convenient, promoting technology innovation, promoting the development of national economy and maintaining social stability.  This paper introduces the concept of small and medium-sized private enterprises, survival and existence value briefly, focus on the enterprise development＇s difficulty that encounters in the process, drawing lessons from foreign development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises, and private enterprises in China should properly solve the problem of financing, improve staff quality, independent innovation, scientific management, efforts to obtain the support of the government, in order to achieve sustainable development.
