xx保健公司物流配送体系研究

摘  要
本文就天津赛远公司在发展过程中所遇到的物流配送体系中存在管理不当所导致的物流管理混乱，物流成本居高不下，而影响了企业经济效益的问题，运用了经典的物流管理相关理论，物流配送信息系统设计方法，配送中心运营管理知识，车辆调度方法，配送服务质量管理体系研究以及计算机网络知识等各方面理论，在认真调查分析赛远公司生产、包装、存储、流通加工，配送各环节基础上，对企业物流配送体系存在不妥地方进行分析与研究，提出了行之有效的改善方案，为企业物流战略规划的决策提供了参考。
通过实施本文方案，提高了公司对市场及客户需求预测的速度，得到了更多的市场信息，引进了先进的自动化技术，做到了从长远利益考虑，操作人员工作多样化，更提高了工作人员对工作的热忱和满足感。尤为重要的是在车辆管理，运输线路规划的改善，减少了企业自营物流的成本，使企业从中可以获得一定的经济利益。此外，企业物流部员工的合理培训体系也为企业自营物流的进一步发展创造了条件。

Study on logistics distribution system of Sai Yuan health protection Tianjin Co,Ltd
ABSTRACT
According to the problems Sai Yuan Tianjin co, Ltd，encountered in the development process, such as logistics distribution system caused by the improper arrangement of logistics chaos, logistics costs ,thus affecting the economic efficiency of enterprising .The classical theory of logistics distribution management and logistics distribution information system methods was used, the knowledge of distribution center, vehicle scheduling method was used, the quality management system of distribution service was research and the knowledge of computer web was used. In serious investigation of Sai Yuan manufacture, pack, storage, and the flow of processing, distribution on the basis of the status of the enterprise’s logistics distribution of the misconduct issue analysis and research, to improve the well-established programs for enterprises of logistics strategic planning to provide a reference for decides of the problem.
With the implementation of this program, the speed of market and client’s demand forecast was improved to get more market information, advanced auto technology was recommend to consider further profit, the diversity of operations enhance the interest of staff and career satisfaction. Particularly vehicle management, Transport routes planning was improved. It can reduce the internal logistics costs and saving more money so as to obtained more economic benefits. In addition, the rational training system of staff can create conditions for further development of the enterprises.
