摘  要
低碳经济时代下,物流作为现代经济发展的支柱型产业,在发展低碳经济上有一定的相关责任。尤其是配送作业,在有效地实现了物流的空间和时间的效应同时,由于其多品种、小批量、高频次的运作模式,消耗了大量的岩源、加剧了环境污染。与此同时,燃油费用又占据了配送和运输业的大部分成本。因此,在配送环节合理选择车型、合理配货、优化运输路径,成为了物流企业在低碳经济大环境下的发展的必经之路。
本论文针对低碳经济下,对于配送各个环节的作业分析,分析配送中碳足迹,并将选择车型和配送路径作为重点环节来分析,从而,对配送中的车型选择问题和路径优化问题进行分析,重组配货和送货流程,从而达到配送经济效益与环境效益共赢的结果。
首先,根据实际情况和客户需求表建立车辆选型评分标准,对车辆选型进行加权评分分析,从而选择最合理的车辆。然后,利用最短路径法和节省里程法对配送路径进行优化,重新构建配送网络,最大限度的节省路径。
本论文同时针对亦利物流公司存在的问题,对其如何实现物流管理的低碳化提出了应对策略,具有一定的借鉴性。

the Research on the Policy Based on Low-carbon Economy in YiLi Logistics Company

ABSTRACT

In the age of the low-carbon economy,as a pillar industry in modern economic development ,the logistics has some extent related responsibilities on the development of low-carbon economy . Especially, when the distribution realizes  the  effects of both space and time of logistics ,it consumes a large amount of fossil fuels and accelerates environmental pollution simultaneously, due to its operation model that is many varieties, small batch, high-frequency. At the same time, fuel costs occupies the most of the cost of distribution and transportation. Therefore, the reasonable choice about the distribution sectors model, rational rationing and optimization of transportation route has become the only way of logistics enterprises to develop in low-carbon economy.
This thesis focuses determine the distribution of carbon footprint and select models and distribution path the delivery by the analysis of all aspects of operations. Thus, the choice of distribution model and path optimization problems analysis, picking and delivery processes can achieve the distribution of economic and environmental benefits and win-win results.
Firstly, according to the reality and customer demand ,the standard of vehicle selection is set up. And the most reasonable vehicles will be selected based on the standard and score.Then, the shortest path method and saving the mileage method can be used to optimize the delivery path, re-building distribution network to maximize savings path.
This paper also points out the strategy about how to realize the logistics in low carbon, for the problems of YiLi logistics company,. Too some degree, it has some reference of certain.
