家具公司仓储优化及物料控制
摘要
随着经济全球化的发展，许多企业都面临着前所未有的竞争和压力。物料管理作为制造业的核心部分，其作用更为明显。我国大多数企业的物料控制仍处于经验管理阶段，方法陈旧，效率低，造成严重的库存积压，成本高，极大地影响了企业的长远发展。因此，加强对中国制造企业的物料管理，为提高中国企业的整体管理水平和经济效益具有重要的现实意义。我国对物料和库存管理策略的研究主要以中小型企业以及第三方物流为研究对象，对中小型生产企业的物料研究较少。
论文首先对物料管理相关的基本原则进行了阐述，以天津嘉美源家具有限公司为研究对象，对该公司的物料管理现状进行调查研究，找出了其存在的需求未作科学预测、管理手段落后、信息化程度低、采购方式过于依赖主管经验、缺乏规范化的物料管理流程等问题，提出了相应的改进措施。根据物资出入库的频繁程度不同对占用大量资金的半成品库的物料运用ABC分类法进行了分类。运用SLP技术对成品库进行了优化。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economic globalization, many enterprises are facing unprecedented competition and pressure. Material management as the core part of manufacturing industry and its function is more obvious. Most enterprise in China is still in the materials control experience management stage, the method is dated, low efficiency, cause serious inventory, cost is high, greatly influenced the long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore, to strengthen China's manufacturing enterprise material management, to improve the management level of the whole Chinese enterprise and economic benefits have important practical significance. Our country to material and inventory management strategy research mainly to small and medium enterprise and the third party logistics as the research object, the small and medium enterprise of less material production.
The paper first material management related the basic principles of the paper, to Tianjin JiaMeiyuan furniture Co., LTD as the research object, the company's material management present situation investigation and study, find out the existing demand not scientific prediction, backward management, information level is low, the purchase way too dependent on the standardization of management experience, lack of material management process and so on, and put forward the corresponding measures to improve. According to the loading and unloading supplies in how often take up a lot of money to different semi-finished products of library materials using ABC classification are classified. Use SLP technology to optimize the picking.
