我国商业银行网银服务的对比研究

【摘要】随着互联网的发展，网上消费的日趋普及，个人网上银行因其快捷方便的特性得到了迅猛发展。本文主要对我国四大国有商业银行[1]提供的网银服务进行对比研究。本文研究对象默认为四大国有商业银行网银。收集上述国有商业银行网银的办理流程、业务内容、网银费用、安全产品等相关资料，具体从其便利性、体贴性、实用性、安全性等方面进行比较。就网银服务现状进行分析并就我国国有商业银行网银服务所存在的问题及改进方向进行探讨。

The comparative of the four state-owned commercial banks service in China

【Abstract】With the development of Internet, online consumer become popularity ,personal internet banking because of its convenient properties obtained the swift and violent development. This article major on the China's four state-owned commercial banks’ [1] banking services comparative studies ( The research object by default is four big state-owned commercial bank. ) Collection of the state-owned commercial bank 's procedures, business content, net charge, security products and other related information, specifically from its convenience, considerate, practicality, safety and other aspects of comparison. Through the analysis of the current situation of banking services and the existing problems of the State-owned Commercial Bank services then discuss the improvement direction.
