排队模型在商业服务系统中的案例应用
【摘要】本文主要以xx餐厅服务系统为背景，以改善其柜台服务排队系统的低下水平为目的，通过数据采集，求出相关要素的值，再建立M/M/s模型，输入要素的值试算求解，对结果再进行可行方案分析后，为优化xx餐厅服务系统而给出合理建议。

【Abstract】In this paper, it is mainly base on the background of the YONGHE KINGrestaurant , on the purpose of improve the low level of customerservices of the restaurant, through data collection, obtain the value of the relevant elements before the establishment of M/M/s model, and then input the value of the relevant elements into the spreadsheet to solve, on the results of further analysis of possible options, give some reasonable proposals to the managers of theYONGHE KINGrestaurantin order to optimize itsservices system.
