国有企业财务管理存在的问题及对策

 
摘要

企业财务管理是现代企业管理的重要内容，从财务管理的作用分析说明加强财务管理对组织指导企业的财务活动，实现企业良好的经济效益均有极重要的现实意义。目前我国国有企业在财务管理存在许多问题，如：财务管理的目标不明确、财务人员整体素质有待进一步提高、我国财务管理软件还不能跟上时代的步伐，应从确定企业目标、培养学习型财务队伍，建立理财新理念、完善企业软件等方面加强财务管理的政策措施，促进财务管理工作规范科学和有效，使充分发挥其作用。
