我国上市公司信息披露存在的问题及对策

摘  要
我国上市公司建立已有时日，但作为构筑证劵市场基石的上市公司信息披露却存在诸多问题，信息披露所涉及违规、违法事件仍时有发生，本文通过深入揭示信息披露存在的问题及成因，寻找治理信息披露问题的对策，以提高信息披露质量。
