我国企业营运资金管理研究

摘  要

营运资金与企业的日常生产经营活动有着密切的联系，其触角几乎可以延伸到企业生产经营的各个方面；同时，企业一定时期资金盈利水平的高低，直接取决于其营运资金管理水平的高低。因此，我们必须将营运资金管理放在企业资金管理的重要位置上。但我国营运资金管理的理论和经验与西方国家相比有着明显的不足。本文概述了我国营运资金管理的研究回顾，并对营运资金的内涵及营运资金管理的特点、重要性进行了概述分析；在明确了营运资金管理的内容和其研究意义的基础上，结合我国企业营运资金管理的实际情况，分析了去我国企业营运资金管理中存在的问题，针对问题提出相关完善企业营运资金的管理解决对策；在以上的基础上分析我国企业营运资金管理的展望与建议。

ABSTRACT
