基于Linux+ARM的网络视频多功能监控与识别系统的开发

摘要:当前中国经济平稳快速发展,人民生活水平快速地提高,全国上下加紧建设和谐社会,对安防系统的需求也随之提高。视频监控作为一种传统的、行之有效的安防手段为各阶层人民所接受。这方面的市场和需求日渐旺盛。
本文介绍了一个集视频采集、传输、人脸检测和识别等功能,基于Linux和ARM的网络视频监控与识别系统的设计和开发。本文使用Adaboost方法实现人脸检测功能,如果人脸检测成功,再使用SURF方法提取出人脸的特征点,与已登记的人脸进行特征点比对,根据匹配的特征点数量确认人脸识别是否成功。

Abstract:China's economic is developing steadily and rapidly now. People's living standards are improving quickly. The whole nation is stepping up building a harmonious society. The demand for security systems is also increasing. Video surveillance as a traditional and effective means of security was acceptabled by people from all walks.  This market and demand is growing strong.
The designing and developing of video monitoring and identification system are described in this pape. It was based on Linux and ARM, and based on the functions of video collection and transmission, face detection and identification etc. The Adaboost method is used to achieve the function of face detection in this paper. If the face is detected successfully, then the SURF method is used to extract the face feature points. Then the feature points are compared with the registered face's feature points. It can be confirmed whether face detection is successful according to the number of matching feature points.
