摘 要

现代人力资源管理理论在我国中原地带仍处于一个理想的状态,由于种种原因,并未真正的运用到企业实际的管理操作中,大部分民营企业仍然继续着传统的人事管理方式,缺乏现代人才管理的观念,员工与企业仍处于一种雇佣与被雇佣的关系,造成员工安全感和归属感的缺乏,人员流动率过高,大大的影响了企业的运作效率,增加了大量的人力重购成本,造成许多不必要的管理成本的浪费。
河南健丰食品有限公司是一家典型的员工管理方式出现问题的民营企业。随着公司规模的不断扩张,公司管理部门的内部结构也越来越复杂,工作中开始出现分工不明确、职责不清等问题,使得员工在工作中相互推诿责任,导致各部门及员工之间矛盾重重,内耗严重,大量的浪费了管理人员时间和精力。这些现象的存在和蔓延正在逐渐侵蚀企业的效率。为了进一步加强公司的人力资源管理,做好人力资源的开发利用,本文对公司的现状、存在的问题进行了分析,并借鉴其他企业成功的经验,有针对性的提出了解决的办法。

Abstract

Modern human resources management theory in the same area of China's Central Plains are still in an ideal state, for various reasons, did not really use the actual management of the enterprise operation, the majority of private enterprises is still the traditional personnel management methods, lack of modern the concept of talent management, staff and businesses are still in employment with an employment relationship, resulting in a sense of belonging among staff and the lack of a sense of security, high staff turnover, greatly affected the operational efficiency of enterprises, an increase of a large number of human re - purchase costs, resulting in many unnecessary waste management costs.
Henan Jianfeng food companies in Henan Province are a typical problem of staff management of private enterprises. With the continuous expansion of company size, company management has become increasingly complex internal structure, the beginning of the work of the division of labor is not clear, and so on is unclear, making the work of staff responsible for each shift, resulting in between the various departments and staff is full of contradictions and serious internal friction, a large number of wasted management time and effort. The existence of these phenomena is gradually eroded and spread the efficiency of enterprises. In order to further strengthen the company's human resources management, good human resources development and utilization of the company's current situation, problems are analyzed, drawing on successful experiences of other enterprises, have to focus on solutions.
