基于层次分析法的教学质量评价


摘  要
本论文是基于层次分析法的教学质量评价,近几年,高校扩招,生源质量下滑,对教师的教学质量提出了更高的要求,教学质量评估是一项实践性很强的工作,需要一定的科学理论依据、方法为基础。指标体系是评价的基础和依据,而教学方法的选择直接影响着评价结果的科学性。
本论文是由3个部分组成,第一部分对教学质量评估的背景及目的、国内外研究状况、教学质量评价的原则、建立教学质量评估体系的意义进行分析;第二部分对层次分析法和多目标决策方法的介绍以及该方法的适用性分析,描述了层次分析法应用的5个基本步骤;第三部分,对教学质量评价体系指标的分析,构建了比较科学、完善的评价指标,应用特征向量法和专家法构造各个层次的判断矩阵,利用方根法和专家排序法求出各个层次地权重向量并进行一致性检验,并且对各个指标进行权重系数汇总,利用加权平均法和层次之间的关系,建立教学质量综合评价的评分模型,同时对T1,T2,T3教师在教学过程中的综合评价得到: 。

Abstract

Evaluation index system is the foundation and basis for the choice of teaching methods and direct impact on the evaluation of the results of the scientific.
