多维机械手控制系统设计


摘要:在现代工业中,生产过程的机械化,自动化已成为突出的主题。机械手能够模仿人体上肢的部分功能,是可以对其进行自动控制使其按照预先设定的指令输送产品或操持工具进行生产操作的自动化生产设备。自上世纪六十年代,基于PLC设计的机械手成为一种产品后,对它的开发应用也在不断发展,它可以在减轻沉重的体力劳动、改善劳动环境和保证人身安全、提高生产效率、保证产品质量、减少废品率、减低生产成本、增强企业的竞争力等方面起到极其重要的作用。

Design of Multidimensional robot control system
 
Abstract:In modern industry, the production process of mechanization, automation has become a prominent theme. Robots can imitate human body part of the upper extremity function, can be automatic controlled to convey products or go tools for production operation of the automatic production equipment according to the predetermined requirement. Since the 1960s, the design of manipulator based on PLC become a product, the development and application of it in the unceasing development, it can play a very important role in reducing the heavy manual work, improving working conditions and safety production; Improving the production efficiency, stabling product quality, reducing scrap rate, reducing production cost and enhancing the enterprise the competitive ability.
