多种液体混合控制系统

摘要：以三种化学药剂的混合为例,将三种液体按一定比例混合,然后加热混合液体,最后将混合液体输出到冷却罐冷却。多种液体混合控制要考虑各个机械部件间的关联，还要使得系统的动作连贯，针对各不同的工作状态，输出不同的动作，最终实现多种液体混合的循环控制。设计应用了可编程序控制器，以三种药液的混合控制系统为中心，围绕这个中心选用系统的硬件组成以及软件的使用。其中包括系统的设计要求、方案、编程设计、硬元件的选择和设计、控制系统和外部机械部件的连接通信等，仅对液体混合控制系统的结构和制造流程做一个简单的介绍。

The design of the liquid mixture in three control as an example
