银行卡业务是商业银行重要的中间业务之一,是国内外银行业竞争的焦点。本文首先阐述了我国银行卡业务发展的现状,深入分析了许多中小城镇和农村还没有开展银行卡业务、银行卡用卡环境有待改善、市场营销机制不健全、运作模式缺乏活力、业务创新不足、风险管理有待加强等主要问题,并有针对性地提出了大力开发区域银行卡市场、完善用卡环境、提升服务水平、提高从业人员素质、增张持卡人防范意识、优化管理体制、健全市场营销机制、加油业务创新等对策建议,旨在为我国银行卡业务发展做出有益的探讨。
