电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定茶叶中稀土元素的方法研究


摘要:本文简单介绍了泰顺茶叶的品种和特点,查阅了相关的文献和资料,了解了稀土在冶金、石油化工、玻璃陶瓷、新材料和农业方面都有广泛的应用。本次研究测定的是茶叶中的稀土元素Sc、Dy、Er、Eu、Gd、Ho、La、Lu、N d、Pr、Sm、Tb、Tm、Y、Yb的含量。先选取有代表性的茶叶样品,干燥,研磨,经过一定数目的分样筛,取筛后的茶叶粉在100℃左右烘干,置于广口瓶中保存在干燥器中备用。采用HNO3-HClO4-HF消解体系对茶叶进行湿法消解和微波消解,去除有机成分,保留待测元素。再将消解液定容至10ml容量瓶中,用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定这15种稀土元素。本研究实验中稀土元素加标回收率为90%~103%,检出限低于0.05 mg/L,样品的最低检出浓度小于0.5 mg/kg,RSD%在1.35%~10.97%。

Abstract:This article explains the varieties and characteristics of Taishun yea. Has consulted the related literature and the material understands the rare earth in the metallurgy, the petroleum chemical industry, the vitro ceram, the new material and the agricultural aspect has the widespread application. This research is tea in the determination of rare earth elements Sc、Dy、 Er、 Eu、Gd、Ho、La、Lu、Nd、Pr、Sm、Tb、Tm、Y、Yb content. First select a representative sample of tea, Dry, grind ,after a certain number of points like sieve, after take tea sieve powder dried at 100 ℃, put in the wide mouth bottle to preserve in the water extractor spare.Use the HNO3-HClO4-HF resolution system to carry on the Wet digestion and microwave digestion, remove the organic composition, measure element to reserve. Then the digestion solution volume to 10ml volumetric flask, Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry determination of  the 15 rare earth elements. This research laboratory in rare spike recovery rate is 90% to 103%, the detection limit is low of 0.05 mg/L, the minimum sample concentration is less than checked out 0.5 mg/kg, RSD% is between 1.35% and 10.97%.
