提高皮革专用液体染料的性能与染色工艺方法的研究

摘要: 皮革行业现用的固体染料粉尘污染严重,增加了员工劳动强度。促使皮革行业的自动化生产,减少污染,液体染料应运而生。添加不同含量比例的染料,制备不分层、不沉淀、均匀一致的复合黑色液体染料并确定最佳复配比例。添加助剂APAH-1822来提高液体染料的性能,通过对液体染料的吸光度的测试来确定最佳添加比例。制备的液体染料在皮革上进行染色工艺试验,并与现在市场应用的粉状染料进行对比。通过皮革的各项指标的测定,确定最佳染色工艺。

Abstract:Presently:the solid dye used in the leather industry caused heavily dust pollution ,increased the labor inttensity of shaff .To pomote the leather industry automation and ruduce the pollution, the liquid dye came into being . addingThe ratio of dyes with different content  to prepare non-hierarchical, non-settling, uniform black liquid dye compound  And determine the best mixture ratio  Add auxiliary APAH-1822 to improve the performance of liquid dye, by testing the Absorbance of liquid dye to determine the best adding Proportion. Prepared liquid dyes was used in the leather for the Dyeing experiments compared with solid dyes. indicators of leather was testd to Determine the best dyeing process
