氯化铈对化学合成聚苯胺性质的影响


摘要:稀土元素具有未充满的4f电子层结构,并由此而产生多种多样的电子能级,铈元素就是其中的一种。研究在Ce3+ 溶液中,用过硫酸铵为氧化剂化学合成聚苯胺-铈,研究 Ce3+浓度对产物电导率的影响,用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱 和X-射线衍射谱等研究了Ce3+浓度对聚苯胺结构的影响。结果表明:Ce3+与聚苯胺链上的亚胺氮原子存在相互作用。在此相互作用影响下,产物电导率在2.18 到 6.52 S cm-1 范围;聚苯胺紫外光谱的主要特征峰产生红移;聚苯胺红外光谱的主要特征峰移向高波数;在研究浓度范围内Ce3+  的浓度对产物的结晶性没有明显影响;所得聚苯胺-铈中Ce3+  的百分含量十分接近,这可以用Peauson的软硬酸碱理论进行合理的解释。

Chlorinated cerium on chemical synthesis of polyaniline properties
 
Abstract:Rare-earth elements, such as Ce3+ , have an incomplete 4f electronic shell, which can form a variety of electronic configuration. Polyaniline-La (PAN-La) was chemically synthesized by using ammonium persulfate as an oxidant. The effects of Ce3+  concentration on conductivities were reported, and the structures of resulted PAN-La were characterized by UV and IR. Results indicate that there was the interaction between Ce3+  and the imine on PAN chain, the conductivities of PAN-La were between 2.18 and 6.52 S cm-1, and UV and IR characteristic peaks of PAN were observed with red-shift and blue-shift, respectively. There was no significant effect of the Ce3+  concentration on the crystalline properties of PAN in studied range, and the resulting PAN-La have a similar content of Ce3+ , which may be explained by Peauson’s theory of Hard and Soft acids and bases (HSAB).
