Ф132PBT塑料绕线轴注塑模具设计+cad 本设计为绕线架注射模具,该模具主要特点是:用锥形模块对滑块锁紧,牢固可靠;动、定模板之间具有较高的同轴度;连接板与滑块之间用螺钉连接,加工简便;利用制品的加强筋允许有较大的脱模斜度,而采用推管顶出,结构简单;冷却系统布局较适宜;可以自动脱浇口,因而可以实现全自动连续生产。 本文详细叙述了塑件材料PBT树脂的主要物理性能,机械性能和注射加工工艺,以及该模具的设计过程。分别对制品、注射机、模具工作原理、浇注系统、成型零部件、脱模机构、侧向分型抽芯机构、排气系统、温控系统及模具的使用和保护等方面加以说明和计算。 关键词:绕线轴,单分型面,侧面抽芯,浇注系统 Injection mold design for the Ф132 bobbin of PBT Abstract:This design is a inject mold of circling frame. The mold has typical structure and simple principle. It has stability performance, because of using sheath lock the lump. The mobile stencil and immobile stencil have high axis ratio. Using screw connect the linking board and lump, which is easy to pruduct. The distribution of the cooling system is superior and it also can auto-fall of plastic and waste material, so it could bring about the highly automatons procedure. In article, it relates the material of the production---PBT and some physical and mechanical performance, and the design process of the mold. It shows and calculates the plastic, the inject machine, the principle of operation of mold, the pouring system, the push-out structure of waste air, the temperature control structure and the repairing, protecting of the mold etc. Key words: circling frame, simple mold parting line, constitution of mold profile-halves, the pouring system.
