早产儿的特点与护理摘 要
目的 采用各种有效的方法诸如减少噪音、保持适宜的温度、音乐和加强抚触等方法应用于早产儿，并且追踪其疗效。方法 选择入院收治的早产儿264例，对其除了正常进行以往的早产儿基本综合护理以外，进一步采用新的方法，保持适宜的温度、减少噪音、增加抚触等几项。结果 绝大多数的早产儿奶量摄入增加、体重和头围增长快、睡眠时间明显延长、住院天数明显缩短，并发症减少，受到外界刺激后的可安抚性显著增强，而且抚触一项还可以增加早产儿的早期运动，促进早产儿的全身血液循环，与往年的资料相比有显著性的差异。结论 减少噪音，适当的音乐和加强抚触和保持适宜的温度对早产儿的健康发育，避免各种并发症都有积极的作用和影响，而且可操作性强，无论是在医院还是在家庭中，都容易操作，简单易学，非常适宜推广。
