诺基亚公司竞争战略研究


摘要:科技的发展使我们的生活发生了巨大的变化,无线通信从传统电信业中走出来,携着互联网,正在开拓一个全新的市场,改变着人们的沟通方式。20世纪90年代初,手机还是中国人心目中的奢侈品。然而,没有几年的功夫,诺基亚、摩托罗拉等就迅速地大众化了。与对手相比,诺基亚制定目标和实现目标的速度都是惊人的。于是,诺基亚脱颖而出。一个世界级企业的成功决非偶然,它一定是企业独特的管理哲学和竞争战略的成功。本文基于战略管理理论,对诺基亚公司的现状进行分析,发现诺基亚公司目前出现的问题,通过战略分析工具对诺基亚公司的竞争战略进行选择,并得出对国产手机的启示。

Research on the competitive strategy of Nokia Corporation
 
Abstract: The development of science and technology make our life produced tremendous change, wireless communication from the traditional telecommunications industry came out, with the Internet, is developing a new market, changing people's way of communication. The early nineteen ninties, mobile phone or in the eyes of the Chinese luxury goods. However, within a few years, Nokia, Motorola and other quickly popular. Compared with rivals, Nokia setting goals and achieving the target speed is amazing. Then, Nokia talent showing itself. A world class business success is no accident, it must be a unique enterprise management philosophy and competitive strategic success. In this paper, based on the theory of strategic management, analyzes the current situation of company of Nokia, Nokia company found that the current problems, through the tools of strategic analysis on Nokia's strategy selection, and draw on the Enlightenment of domestic mobile phone.
