中国企业国际化进程面临的问题及决策——以联想集团为例


摘要:企业国际化战略,即企业在国际化的过程中所采取的战略选择,是在当今几近全球化趋势不断加强的背景下,企业积极融入国际上的分工体系,经营由国内迈向全球的选择战略。企业国际化使企业的规模不断扩大,经营范围也从国内市场走向国际市场,在价值链网络上由单一走向复杂。这一切都使得企业欲取得国际化的成果,合理的战略选择是必不可少的,并且可谓是取得胜利的“龙头”。随着我国经济的迅速发展和劳动力市场生产率的提高,国内市场已经不能满足本国企业。不仅如此,买方市场时代的到来,使得消费者的选择范围扩大,对产品的质量等更多的挑剔。此时战略对企业的影响巨大,因此重视战略选择,加强对快速变化的市场环境的回应已经成为中国企业正在面临的问题。

Abstract: Enterprise internationalization strategy, which is the strategic choice in the process of enterprise internationalization. The background of that is the trend of globalization is becoming stronger, and the enterprises are more actively join into the international division of labor system, operating from the domestic towards the world. Enterprises Internationalization made the scale of the enterprises expands unceasingly, scope of business from the domestic market to go into the international market, and the Value chain from single network to a complex one. All of that make that reasonable strategy choice is necessary if one enterprise wants to acquire the results of the internationalization. While the economy in our country and the improvement of productivity of labor market are in rapid development, the domestic market can't meet its own enterprise. Further more, the arrival of the era of buyer's market make the choice of consumer expanded and more picky to the quality of the products . Now, the strategic choice are so important to enterprises that is the problem which the enterprises of China are facing.
