试论基础教育阶段学生受教育过程的公平问题

摘   要
随着我国基础教育的发展,起点公平的基本实现,人们对教育公平的关注逐渐从起点公平转移到过程公平上来。教育过程公平是教育公平理念的核心,它既是起点公平的延续,又是结果公平的必要前提。它的公平与否直接关涉到个体的发展,进而影响着整个教育领域内公平的实现,具有不可忽视的重要意义。目前,基础教育阶段学生受教育过程的公平存在着课堂互动中的参与机会不公平,课外活动中的参与机会不公平,对学生评价的不公平,座位编排的不公平等问题。这些问题受到精英教育观念的根深蒂固,以分数为核心的评价机制,班级规模过大等因素的制约。为解决这些问题,切实推进基础教育阶段学生受教育过程的公平,应更新教育观念,树立差异对待的教育理念;改革教育评价制度,建立多元评价体系;丰富教学组织形式与倡导“自然分材教学”。

On The Basis of Education Process Fairness
Abstract
Along with our country the development of basic education, fair starting point of basic implementation, people on the education fair attention gradually from the start fairness transferred to a fair process. The equity of educational process is the concept of equitable education core, it is a continuation of the fair starting point, is also the result fair prerequisite. It is fair or not directly related to the development of individuals, then affects the entire field of education fairness, has very important significance. At present, basic education process fairness exist in classroom interaction participation opportunity inequity, extracurricular activity participation opportunity inequity, to the student assessment is unfair, seat arrangement of inequalities. These problems are the elite education idea ingrained, with scores as the core of the evaluation mechanism, class size and other factors. In order to solve these problems, cogent advance fundamental education process is fair, should change the educational ideas, establishing differential treatment philosophy of education; reform of educational evaluation system, build multivariate evaluation system; teaching organization form and advocate " naturally individualized teaching".
