中文摘要
对企业而言最基本的资源是人力资源和资金资源,它们是企业生存和发展的两个必要条件。企业的竞争力来自于内部和外部的资源整合能力,而企业组织内部的“员工智慧”是一种最直接的内部资源,也是最直接的免费资源。本论文从人力资源的重要性出发,进而写到企业中员工的重要,接着站在企业的角度研究如何更好地让员工参与到组织的管理中来以及员工参与具有的重大意义,最后以案例作为事实论据并得出结论。
员工参与组织管理是一种双赢的局面。员工通过参与企业管理,发挥聪明才智,得到比较高的经济报酬,改善了人际关系,实现了自我价值。同时,由于员工的参与,改进了工作,提高了效率,从而达到更高的效益目标。 可见,企业要发展就离不开人,让员工参与到企业的管理中才能充分发挥各个优秀员工的聪明才智,让员工与企业创造双赢的局面。

ABSTRACT
For enterprises, the most basic resources are human resources and financial resources , they are the survival and development of enterprises of the two necessary conditions .The competitiveness of the enterprises from internal and external resources integration capabilities, and in-house staff wisdom is the most direct internal resources, is the most direct free resources .Staff are through their participation in the management of enterprises, play the talent, get relatively high economic remuneration, improve interpersonal relationships, and achieve self-realization of the value .At the same time, staff participation improve the work and the efficiency, so as to achieve a higher goal.
Thus, enterprises should inseparable from the development of people, allowing employees to participate in the management of the business in order to give full play to the intelligence and wisdom of all outstanding staff, employees and enterprises to create a win-win situation.
