基于BSC的宏佰集团绩效管理问题研究


摘    要
自从1992年罗伯特•卡普兰博士与戴维•诺顿博士提出了平衡记分卡的概念以来,平衡记分卡理论在管理界得到广泛的应用,越来越多的企业开始把平衡记分卡运用于企业的绩效管理中,并且有不少的企业都取得了成功。平衡计分卡是否也适合正在蓬勃发展中的宏佰集团,是值得深入研究的。文章对宏佰集团进行平衡计分卡的运用研究,为进一步尝试探讨类似企业绩效管理的新思路做铺垫。
文章归纳总结了国内外关于平衡计分卡的先进理论,收集整理了公司相关资料,理论联系实际,对宏佰集团的绩效管理进行了剖析,从战略层面出发,具体研究平衡计分卡在宏佰集团绩效管理中的运用问题,系统地提出宏佰集团基于平衡计分卡的绩效管理解决方案,希望本课题的研究对类似企业的绩效管理也能够提供理论依据。

Abstract

The balanced scorecard is also suitable for the booming macro Andrew group, is worth researching. This paper takes macro group of the use of the balanced scorecard for further investigation try to explore similar enterprise performance management or new ideas.
