BSC在五大连池招商银行绩效评价问题研究

摘    要
随着五大连池招商银行经营规模和资产的不断扩大，其原有的绩效评价管理并未随之相应得到必要的补充和优化。文章针对五大连池招商银行绩效评价存在的问题，如评价目标定位模糊、缺乏与绩效评价结果相配套措施和评价指标缺失的问题，提出了具体解决对策,从优化和健全五大连池招商银行自身发展方面，完善了平衡计分卡在五大连池招商银行绩效评价体系中存在的不足。

The Study on Capital Structure of Commercial Banks Based on Operation Summary
Abstract
With the Wudalianchi merchants bank operation and asset expands ceaselessly, its original performance evaluation management did not correspondingly have the necessary supplement and optimization. The article is aimed at Wudalianchi Merchants Bank Performance Evaluation of existing problems, such as the evaluation of target positioning fuzzy, and lack of performance evaluation results of matching measures and evaluation index deletion problem, put forward specific countermeasures, from optimize and improve the Wudalianchi merchants bank oneself development, improvement of the Balanced Scorecard in the performance evaluation system of Wudalianchi Merchants Bank in insufficient.
