摘    要

人类社会发展到今天,人们逐渐认识到,社会经济活动的一切竞争 ,归根到底是人力资源特别是人才的竞争,企业效益的源泉和动力,应归结为人力资本内在的积累和增长。人力资源是现代企业发展的源动力。人力资源在企业发展中的作用,人力资源的管理、人力资源的开发,目前日益受到各国政府、企业和学术界的普遍关注。
企业作为中国社会发展的“细胞”集团,其作用是十分重要的。但是基于其发展水平比较低,而且受到各方面因素的限制,企业的发展处于一个“瓶颈”阶段。此外,中国的企业引用先进人力资源管理方式较晚,尤其是一些中小企业,大都照搬一些国外企业的管理模式和经验,所以难免有许多不足之处,这也就在很大程度上影响了他们的发展。
本文从人力资源管管理的各种理论出发,详细介绍关于国内外的先进的人力资源管理方式,争取能让中国企业有所发展,突破“瓶颈”。本文先是研究的目的和意义方面做出阐述,明确企业中人力资源管理的重要性。接着给出了国内外理论研究的现状,最终得出企业人力资源管理的真正重要性及加强企业人力资源管理的途径。希望本文能对中国企业的发展能做出一点微薄的贡献。

Abstract
Development of human society today, people gradually recognized that social and economic activities of all the competition, the final analysis, human resources, especially the talent competition, the source of enterprise efficiency and power shall be vested in the inner knot of human capital accumulation and growth. Human resources are the source for the development of modern enterprises. Human resources role in enterprise development, human resources management, human resource development, now increasingly governments, enterprises and academia's attention.
China's social development business as a "cell" group, whose role is very important. But based on its relatively low level of development, but also by various factors, the development of enterprises in a "bottleneck" stage. In addition, China's enterprises, such as advanced human resource management later, most copy number of foreign enterprise management mode and experience, so inevitably there is much to be desired, which also largely affected their development.
In this paper, a variety of human resource management and management theory, details on the domestic and foreign advanced human resource management, allow for some development of Chinese enterprises break through the "bottleneck." This paper will first aim of the study and meaning to make elaborate, explicitly enterprises the importance of human resource management. Then given the status of theoretical study at home and abroad, eventually come to the real human resource management and enhance the importance of human resource management approach. I hope this development will help Chinese enterprises to make a modest contribution.
