摘要随着现代企业制度的建立与完善,薪酬体系的构建日益成为人力资源管理中一个重要的内容。具有有效激励效用的薪酬体系可实现企业与其员工的双赢。本文是从激励的角度研究合理薪酬体系的构建的。首先,从薪酬理论出发,界定了薪酬的涵义,分析了薪酬的构成与功能,为以后的实证分析提供了理论基础。其次,从管理学和经济学角度阐述了几种有代表的激励理论,并提出了激励性薪酬体系构建的原则,即对外要有竞争性,对内要体现一致性,要与绩效紧密结合,要有“差别性”,要含有灵活的福利体系等。第三,在对H企业现行的组织机构设置和薪酬摘要

ABSTRACT
With the establishment and the improvement of the modern enterprise system, the building of the salary system in human resources management is increasingly becoming an important element. Incentive pay with a valid utility system can achieve a win-win business and its employees.
This article is from the perspective of a reasonable incentive pay system built. First of all, from the salary theory, defines the meaning of pay, analyzed the composition and function of salary, for future empirical analysis provides a theoretical basis. Secondly, from the perspective of management and economics have described several representatives of the incentive theory, and proposed incentive pay system construction principles that should be competitive overseas, to reflect the internal consistency, with performance closely, to be "differentiated", to contain a flexible welfare system. Third, enterprises in the H set the current organization and remuneration system of its existence after the diagnosis of the problem. Finally, the H System companies pay strategy at this stage to make it more scientific and rational compensation system, more motivating.
