奇瑞汽车有限公司分销运输信息系统分析与设计

随着奇瑞汽车有限公司的业务的不断扩展，经营网点遍及全国各地。在以手工、电话、传真等传统方式下，奇瑞现有的分销存在许多问题：企业总部无法实时监控各地分公司、办事处、营业网点的经营状况；订货、销售、库存等数据和信息反馈不及时，商品积压、缺货情况经常出现；往来单据、经营数据采集严重滞后，准确性差，不利于统计、分析和处理；运输发运信息不够系统化，往往导致运送出错或延迟；客户需求和市场信息不及时反馈到总部，使企业制定生产预测和产品调拨计划带有许多较大的盲目性，经营决策缺乏准确数据和信息支持等等。因此，建立分销运输系统就显得十分重要。
这篇系统报告利用结构化生命周期法对奇瑞汽车有限公司的分销运输系统做出了详细的分析。报告首先对分销运输系统进行系统分析，研究的内容包括用户需求，可行性研究，现状调查和目标分析，然后在此基础上进行系统设计，最后介绍如何实现系统。     这篇系统报告的特点是，以奇瑞汽车有限公司的分销运输系统为分析对象，规范地利用管理信息系统的结构化生命周期法对系统进行设计。

Abstract

As the development of the Chery Automobile Co.,Ltd., the running network has extended all over. In a traditional manner of handwork, telephone and fax, plenty of problems lie in Chery’s existing distribution, including the parent company can’t stakeout the management status of the filiale, office, business net in time; overstock, OOS (Out Of Stock) of commodity usually appear because the data and information of orders, sales, stock can’t feedback in time; the collection of come-and-go documents and management data lag badly and lack veracity, which is disadvantageous to the stat, analysis and transaction; the information of transportation is not systemic will bring on mistakes and delay of transport; the customer demand and the market information can not feedback to parent company in time result in the blindness of the forecast of production and the planning of product coordination; management and decision-making lack the support of exact data and information, and so on. Therefore, it is significant to build distribution transportation system.
Structured Design Life Cycle(SDLC) is used to analyze the distribution transportation system of Chery Automobile Co.,Ltd., by this system report. Firstly, it analyze the distribution transportation system, including user demand, feasibility study, actuality research and goal analyze. Then the report design the system based on the system analysis. Finally, it introduce how to realize the system.
The characteristic of this report is that, it takes the distribution transportation system of Chery Automobile Co.,Ltd. as an example and designs the system, according to the SDLC of Management Information System(MIS).
