配送中心的规划与设计

摘   要

随着当今市场的激烈竞争，配送中心在企业发展中的关键作用正日益显现出来。配送中心发展的滞后已经成为制约中国企业经营发展的瓶颈。
首先，本文对配送中心及其功能、分类等进行了论述。
其次，本文对配送中心的建设进行规划，包括建设步骤，配送体系模式、仓储方式、库存量以及分拣。在分拣中，为了兼顾配送中心的效率和顾客满意，提出了单品拣取模型。该模型开发了个基于存储箱数量、整箱或不足箱的库存分隔策略，从而解决了传统的基于活动分隔库存的复杂性。
再次，本文对配送中心的业务流程的各个过程进行了详细的设计和分析。
最后，本文结合现代物流配送中心案例（茂名进达汽车物流有限公司）对配送中心的规划设计进行研究。

Abstract

 Nowadays ,with the fierce competition of the market, the key function that distribution  center in the development of the business enterprise is presenting increasingly. The development of the distribution center fall behind has already become the bottleneck of the Chinese business enterprise management development.
First ，this  text is talks about distribution center and its unction,classification...etc.
Sencond, carried on a programming about the distribution center’s construction.It includes constuct steps, distribution system mode, warehouse method,the stock measure and divide pick. In the picking link,in the purpose of maintaining DC efficiency and customer atisfaction, the paper presents a piece-picking model,which develops an operational tactics to segregate inventory based on carton quantity,full carton or residual carton, and to resolve the complications associated with activitybased segregation of inventory.
And third ,this text give the distribution center of each process of the business process carried on a detailed design and the analysis.
Finally ,combining a modern logistics distribution center case example(The MaoMing JinDa Automobile logistics limited company) to carry on a research about the programming design of the distribution center.
