关于完善我国上市公司信息披露问题的思考

摘  要：近年来，我国在规范上市公司信息披露方面做了很多工作，上市公司信息披露行为开始逐步规范，对维护股市投资者的利益起到了积极作用，但仍然存在一些问题，给证券市场的正常运作带来了诸多不利影响。本文首先就我国上市公司虚假信息披露问题的表现及原因进行了阐述，并针对这些问题提出一些对策，从而使信息披露问题更加制度化、法制化。

Discussion on Improvement of Information Disclosure of Listed Company in Our Country
 
Abstract: In recent years,China have done a lot of in regulating information dislosure of listed companies.Listed companies disclosure act is gradually standardized, and it plays a positive role of maintaining the interests of stock market investors.However,it steal persits some problems.It brings many negative effects to the normal operation of the market.This paper will first explain the false information disclosure of listed companies and the reasons for the performance issues,and then come up with some countermeasures against these problems so that make their information more institutionalized and legaliation.
