中小民营企业财务风险与规避的探讨—以温州中小民营企业为例

摘　要：改革开放30多年来，民营企业在我国经济发展中发挥越来越重要的作用，然而中小民营企业在管理中暴露出来的问题也日益显著。中小民营企业要想实现可持续发展，必定离不开科学有效的财务风险管理制度。本文主要根据财务风险管理的基本理论，选取温州中小民营企业为样本，采用案例分析、定性与定量相结合等研究方法，解析中小民营企业财务风险控制现状以及风险的产生原因，借鉴国内外现有的研究成果，建立和完善企业财务风险控制制度，为中小民营企业财务风险的控制和防范提出相应的解决措施和建议。
