浅析上市公司股利分配存在的问题与对策——以浙江省房地产上市公司为例

摘　要：股利分配是公司将实现的净利润向股东进行分派。合理的股利分配政策，能够帮助公司树立良好的企业形象，能够吸引更多外来投资者，从而促进企业向更健康更合理的方向成长，最终实现企业价值的最大化。本文以浙江省房地产上市公司为例，重点分析了这些企业股利分配的现状，并针对其现状分析了问题存在的原因，同时提出了完善房地产上市股利分配的对策。

Analysis of the Existent Problems and Countermeasures in Dividend Distribution of Listed Company
——A Case Study of Listed Real Estate Companies in Zhejiang Province

Abstract：Dividend distribution is a strategy that Business management layer share the net profit to shareholders. Appropriate dividend distribution policy not only can help company set up a good image and attract more investors, but also promote enterprise have a more healthy and reasonable growth, and help it realize the maximization value finally. This paper sets Zhejiang real estate listed companies as an example, focusing on analysis of the current situation of the dividend distribution and investigate its reason, and put forward more suggestions to prettify policy, in order to make companies more sustainable and make the market have a better benign loop.
