社会保障与扩大内需的相关性研究

内 容 摘 要

社会发展的根本动力来自市场的有效需求。但是,近几年我国消费需求一直不足，困扰着我国经济的发展。尤其当下时刻，金融危机席卷全球，扩大内需应运而出，意义重大。根据我国国情，高储蓄和低消费根本原因是缺少完善的社会保障制度。扩大内需需要社会保障制度的配合。我国的社会保障制度建立不久，很多地方不完善。为适应经济发展需要进行改革和创新。本论文以凯恩斯理论（消费函数和预防性储蓄理论）、基尼系数理论为基础,分析了社会保障与扩大内需的相关性,提出了通过建立和健全社会保障体系来拉动需求增长从而促进经济增长的政策建议。

The Relevant Analysis of Social Security and the Expansion of Domestic Demand

Abstract

The fundamental driving force of social development come from the effective demand of the market. However, in recent years, China has been lack of consumer demand.The consumer demand insufficient question has been puzzling our country economy. In particular, the present moment, the financial crisis sweeping the globe, expanding domestic demand should be delivered out of great significance. According to China's national conditions, high savings and low consumption，the main cause is that our country was lack of a sound social security system. Expand domestic demand with the social security system. China's social security system has just been established, there are many imperfections. In order to meet the economic development, it need for reform and innovation. This paper based on John. Keynesian theory (the consumption function and theory of precautionary savings)  and Gini's coefficient theory , analysing the relevance of Social security and the expansion of domestic demand. Suggested that establish a sound social security system to driven growth domestic demand so as to promote economic growth，and then give policy recommendations.
