晋城市区域经济发展模式存在问题及对策

摘要：晋城是以煤炭资源为导向的重工业城市，有雄厚的基础，但是经济体制不合理，难以摆脱传统计划经济发展方式的束缚，经济增长缓慢。改革开放以来晋城也形成了特色的经济发展模式，从一定意义上说，晋城如果借鉴我国发达地区经济发展模式的成功经验,通过转换传统的依托资源、资本和劳动力的工业经济发展模式，使之成为我国又一新的经济增长级，对于晋城经济的总体增长意义深远。晋城资源雄厚,潜力巨大。一旦成功对经济发展模式进行转换与创新,就会产生新的经济增长点、新的投资来源和新的消费来源,顺利实现城市的振兴。
晋城市经济发展，正向以集体经济为主体、以资源优势为基础、以城乡一体化建设为依托、以市场与技术为导向、以组建企业群体和发展系列产品为目标、以提高经济效益为目的的开放型资源经济模式发展。它以自己的综合资源为优势，取温州、苏南的市场、技术之所一长，逐步创建的这种经济模式，将是我国中部地带的一个区域经济典型。
