xx县人民检察院电子政务现状与存在问题的研究

摘要
    推行电子政务建设是促进政府行政改革的重要手段，电子政务的建设对政府职能的转变，提高政府行政管理现代化水平，提高政府竞争力都有着举足轻重的作用。本文围绕陕西省华阴电子政务的现状，对技术使用化、管理集成和系统开发的互动、网络安全以及需求与是西安的互动等原则建立起来的主要包含信息发布系统、网上办公系统、网上办案系统、电子邮件系统。首先介绍了电子政务的起源、发展、定义、现状，阐述了电子政务在我国的特殊内涵，电子政务的特点、意义与作用，以及它的运行模式等，并着重分析了华阴人民检察院电子政务的现状。通过对华阴人民检察院电子政务的调查与剖析，对比国内外先进的电子政务，总结出华阴人民检察院在电子政务方面的优势和各个薄弱的环节，并以科学管理理论和专业知识为指导，充分借鉴国内外先进经验，从根本原因出发，提出改进对策和建议。本文认为华阴人民检察院电子政务建设，机遇与挑战同在，成绩与困难并存，相信经过大家的共同努力，一定会迎来电子政务发展的美好明天，而
实现公共服务型政府的理想，推动陕西省社会与经济的全面发展。

Huayin People's Procuratorate, Status and Problems of E-Government Study

Abstract

Implementation of e-Government is to promote an important means of administrative reform, e-government building on the change of government functions, improve the modernization level of government administration, enhance the competitiveness of government all have an important role. This paper focuses on e-government of Shaanxi Province Huayin the status of technology use, management integration and system development of interactive, network security and the needs and principles of the interaction is Xi'an set up consists mainly of information distribution system, online office systems, web handling system, e-mail system. E-government first introduced the origin, development, definition, status, described e-government in China's special content, e-government features, significance and effect, and its operating mode, and analyzes the e-government People's Procuratorate Huayin status quo. China Yin Renmin Procuratorate through investigation and analysis of e-government, compared to the advanced e-government, summed up in e-government People's Procuratorate Huayin's strengths and weak points in all and with scientific management theory and professional knowledge as a guide, fully draw on advanced experience, starting from the root causes, countermeasures and suggestions for improvements. This view that e-government People's Procuratorate Huayin, opportunities and challenges, achievements and difficulties exist, I believe that through our concerted efforts, we will usher in a better future development of electronic government in order to achieve the ideal of public service government to promote the Shaanxi Province, the overall social and economic development.
