爱迪尔公司精益化物流管理模式研究

摘要
近年来，物流已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分，而对于物流企业自身来说物流管理模式是提升企业核心竞争力的必由之路。因此，如何完善企业自身的物流管理模式显得尤为重要，找出企业目前物流管理模式的不足之处，提出完善企业物流管理模式的策略，以期达到对企业实施精益化物流管理的目的。
本文旨在为扬州爱迪尔公司建立精益化物流管理模式。首先，对ADR公司目前的物流管理模式进行分析，指出其中存在的问题及产生原因。在此基础上引出精益化物流管理模式并进行阐述，然后从精益采购管理、精益生产管理、精益采购管理三方面出发，根据爱迪尔物流管理模式现状，提出了对其精益化物流管理模式的实施策略。
本文建立了扬州爱迪尔公司的精益物流管理模式，此模式的建立为爱迪尔公司的柔性化、敏捷化等竞争特性起到了积极地影响作用。

Abstract
In recent years, logistics has become an indispensable part for people to live .For the logistics enterprises, logistics management mode is the route one must take to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, It is particularly important to improve the enterprise's logistics management , finds out the deficiencies of the logistics management , and puts forward strategy to improve logistics management of the enterprise in order to implement lean logistics management.
The aim of this paper is to establish lean logistics management mode for Yangzhou ADR company. First of all, this paper analyses present logistics management mode of ADR company  and points out the existing problems and the causes. On this basis,it leads to and sets out lean logistics management mode , and then from the lean procurement management, lean production, lean management proposes strategy for the implementation of lean logistics management according to present situation of logistics management about ADR .
This paper established the Yangzhou ADR company lean logistics management mode, this mode is established for the ADR company flexibility, agility and competition characteristics play a positive role.
