华昌电子公司JIT采购的构建研究

摘要
采购作为供应链中的重要环节，其有效的采购管理思想和采购策略对企业克服当前复杂多变的市场环境和适应需求的不确定性，增强企业的竞争力起着至关重要的作用。JIT采购作为一种先进的采购模式和管理模式可以有效的改变企业采购管理现状，提高公司采购效率，保证公司采购部门以及其他部门工作的高效运行，使企业达到满足客户个性化需求的目标。
本文以华昌电子公司的采购管理问题为例，以JIT采购为理论基础，首先介绍了JIT采购的内涵、特点以及流程。其次对华昌电子公司进行了企业介绍，分析了华昌电子公司的采购现状，指出了现状中存在的问题以及原因，并对华昌电子公司实施JIT采购的必要性和可行性进行了分析。然后针对华昌电子公司原有的采购模式进行JIT采购模式的构建分析，并从供应商管理平台的优化、组织结构的调整、采购流程的优化、生产方式的调整和信息平台的优化五个方面介绍了JIT采购在华昌的具体构建，并通过图表展示了JIT采购模式的构建效果。最后介绍了JIT采购在华昌的实施原则和实施步骤，得出结论并对JIT采购在该行业乃至其他行业的前景进行了展望。

Abstract
Procurement as an important link in the supply chain, effective procurement management thinking and procurement strategy for enterprise to overcome the current complex and volatile market environment and adapt to the uncertainty of demand, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises plays a vital role. JIT procurement as an advanced procurement model and management can effectively change the corporate purchasing management status, improve the efficiency of purchasing to ensure the efficient operation of the purchasing department and other departments work to enable enterprises to achieve the goal to meet customer demand.
In this paper, the Huachang electronic procurement management problems, for example, JIT procurement as a theoretical basis, first introduced the JIT purchasing content, characteristics and processes. Introduction, followed by electronics companies in the Huachang analysis of the Huachang electronic procurement status, pointed out the problems and why the status quo, and the Huachang electronics companies the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of JIT purchasing. JIT procurement mode analysis for the Huachang electronic original procurement and supplier management platform optimization, organizational structure adjustment, the optimization of the procurement process, adjustment of the mode of production and information platform for the optimization of five introduced JIT procurement Huachang the building, and the chart shows the effect of JIT procurement mode.
