次贷危机下我国中小企业生存与发展的研究

摘  要

中小企业是我国经济发展的重要力量，它对提升全国经济的创新能力，促进地区平衡，以及提高整个社会经济运行质量等方面起着举足轻重的作用。在次贷危机的影响下，我国中小企业仍然保持较快的增长，但增幅回落，盈利空间被逐步压缩；外贸中小企业正陷入两头挤压的困境；中小企业融资备受考验。同时持续上涨的原材料价格，不断攀升的人民币汇率，以及国家抑制通胀的一系列宏观调控措施，给广大中小企业带来了巨大的生存和发展压力。一批中小企业面临经营环境恶化、企业利润下滑的危机。因此，面对危机我国中小企业能否走出困境，实现改革发展的新突破已成为企业和政府共同关注的课题。
本文简要阐述中小企业的概念及其作用后，分别从正反两方面具体分析了我国中小企业生存发展现状，也介绍了美国次贷危机对我国中小企业发展的冲击以及带来的机遇。在次贷危机的影响下，只有加强中小企业自身的经营管理，加强政府落实和完善有关政策，才能帮助中小企业走出困境并获得发展。

ABSTRACT

China's SMES are an important force for economic development; enhance its ability to innovate the national economy, promoting regional balance and to improve the quality of the entire socio-economic aspects of running a vital role to play. In the sub-loan crisis, China's small and medium enterprises still maintain a rapid growth, but growth rate down, profits are gradually compressed space; trade SMES are squeezed into the plight of two; SME financing fiasco. At the same time, rising raw material prices, the rising exchange rate, as well as a series of national anti-inflationary macro-control measures, to the vast number of small and medium-sized tremendous pressure on the survival and development. A number of small and medium-sized business environments facing the deterioration of the crisis of corporate profits decline. Therefore, in the face of crisis, whether out of the predicament of our small and medium enterprises to achieve new breakthroughs in reform and development of business and government has become a common topic of concern.
    This paper described the concept and the role of SMES, the positive and negative, respectively, from the specific analysis of the status quo of China's survival and development of small and medium enterprises, but also on the U.S. sub-loan crisis on the impact of China's SME development, as well as opportunities. In the sub-loan crisis, only to strengthen the small and medium-sized operation and management of their own to strengthen the Government to implement and improve relevant policies, in order to help small and medium enterprises and the development of out of the woods.
